This watch is a present from my grandmother when I started working after graduation. She gave me this because she was worried about my careless with time when I live alone. I sometimes felt offensive to my serious grandmother’s reproach whenever she scolded me about my undidiness. However, I remember that all things have done for my own sake by looking at the watch.

腕時計

私が社会人になったときに祖母から頂いた腕時計です。一人暮らしするにあたり、時間にルーズなあたしを心配して、引っ越し前夜に祖母が暮れました。だらしのない私は、まじめ人間である祖母から叱られるたびに疎ましく思う時期もありましたが、全ては私を思ってのことだったのだと時計を見るたびに思い出します。
