I bought this as a souvenir on journey to South America. I decided to go there because I just wanted to  go far away!  It was very excitng to spend time in reverse world in season and differences in culture and life style for two weeks. Especially the impact of watching the Moai figures in actuality  because that exists only in TV world. But the back of earth was really far. It took almost 40 hours to be back to Japan from the Easter Island. I was tired too much to death.

モアイの置物

とにかく遠くに行きたい！という思い付きから決行した南米旅行で、自分へのお土産として買ったものです。文化や生活が違い、季節も逆の世界で過ごした２週間はとても刺激的でした。特に、テレビの中の存在だと思っていたあのモアイ像を自分の目で見た衝撃はすごかったです。しかし、地球の裏側は若干遠すぎたようで、イースター島から日本に帰ってくるのに40時間近くかかり、死にそうなくらい疲れました。
