I remembered that I was looking forward to going to the summer camp when I was at fourth grade in elementary school. I hung a handmade big doll for fine weather by all means. I brought the doll at the summer camp because I worried about the rain. The doll was scribbled by my schoolmate when I came back. But the weather was fine. After that, I always hang it when I hope fine weather.

テルテル坊主

小学４年生の時楽しみにしていた夏のキャンプ…雨が降りそうでどうしても晴れて欲しくて大きなテルテル坊主を作って家で吊しました。まだ心配なのでキャンプにも一緒に連れて行き、帰って来たら…みんなに落書きされて帰って来ましたが、天気はバッチリでした。それからは晴れて欲しい時にいつも吊しています。
