My memorable Christmas party was held at Gifu School for handicapped children on December 16, 1993. This precious card was made by a male student called Yasushi Yoshida. I  sculpt the soil, bake it, and put the leather on it to make a drum.  I have been traveling with this drum and played with children for 20 years.  I enjoy the growing relationship made by the drum.  Children from school for handicapped are the great musicians to play with!

思い出の熱いクリスマス・パーティーは1993年12月16日。場所は岐阜県立飛騨養護学校。カードの作者は、よしだやすし君。土を使って、造形し、焼き上げ、響きのよい陶の彫刻に皮を張るとドラムになるーそんな自由なドラムで人とつながる旅を続けて私は20年になります。養護学校の子供達は素晴らしいライブ仲間です。
