The person who inspire me is P.Ramlee, he’s from the 60s film-maker and a very good songwriter, composer, director and actor. For me, he’s an all in one artist, my inspiration. He’s already dead. His beautiful music and movies are evergreen, inspiring me to be like him, practically.

He’s born in Malaysia, in Penang. Then in early 60s, he moved to Singapore and worked as assistant director, mainly to Indian directors. Slowly he became the director. He’s very talented.

คนที่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจผมคือ P. Ramlee เป็นคนทำหนังจากยุค 60 เป็นนักแต่งเพลง แต่งทำนอง ผู้กำกับ นักแสดง เขาคือศิลปินทำได้ทุกอย่างในหนึ่งเดียวสำหรับผม คือแรงบันดาลใจของผม เขาเสียชีวิตแล้ว เพลงที่ไพเราะของเขา กับหนังที่สวยงามของเขา มันชั่วนิรันดร์ และบันดาลใจผมให้เป็นอย่างเขา ก็ว่าได้

เขาเกิดที่มาเลเซีย ที่ปีนังและต่อมาตอนต้นยุค 60 เขาย้ายไปอยู่สิงคโปร์เขาทำงานเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับหลัก ๆ ให้กับผู้กำกับชาวอินเดีย และช้า ๆ ต่อมา เขาก็กลายมาเป็นผู้กำกับเอง เขามีความสามารถมาก
